Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy
$600.00 per dosing sessionKetamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a legalized treatment modality that combines psychotherapy with ketamine to help eligible adults address mental health challenges including treatment‑resistant depression, anxiety, PTSD, and more.
Ketamine has psychedelic properties and under safe, therapeutic guidance, can be used alongside therapy to help individuals with greater resistance and deeply rooted patterns get "unstuck."
KAP goes beyond talk therapy by engaging the emotional body and subconscious mind in experiential learning, i.e. actually experiencing another way of being. The growing body of research on psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy shows exciting opportunities to treat typically difficult-to-treat mental health suffering through its neuroplasticity-promoting effects. When combined with a trusted therapist, ketamine and integration psychotherapy together create more effective change than either alone.

About Me
Anya Dangora, LMHC, is a relational psychodynamic psychotherapist specializing in trauma-informed care. She is social justice-oriented, LGBTQ+ affirming, and non-pathologizing in her work. Anya is anti-oppressive and is passionate about contextualizing suffering so as to liberate ourselves from excessive self-blame and limiting self-beliefs. As a psychotherapist, she creates a non-judgemental, and compassionate space to process challenges through her innate curiosity, perseverance, and open-mindedness. She believes that true healing and authentic discovery of self occurs within healthy relationships, and is committed to upholding her end of the bargain. Her work demonstrates her authentic passion for learning client's inner worlds by sensing and attuning to spoken and unspoken dynamics and needs. Anya's therapeutic approach is integrative and borrows skills from humanistic, DBT, CBT, IFS, SE, ACT, EMDR, and Jungian and Buddhist Psychology. She values holistic, empowering, and individualized approaches to care.
Anya specializes in complex trauma, including psychological abuse, narcissistic and/or emotionally immature parents, sexual assault, chronic illness, and grief/loss. She works frequently with cPTSD, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, ADHD, burnout, and identity development. Anya believes that no feeling in response to suffering is “wrong”, and no issue is too large or too small to bring to therapy.
Anya earned her Master’s degree from Boston College’s Lynch School of Education and Human Development. Before opening her private practice, Anya worked in university, group, hospital, and community mental health settings. She has a research background in the social determinants of health as well as positive LGBTQ+ youth development.
